The closest same-year comp is a D300 S (lower trim) in München at €56,850 with only 52k km — HSE is typically €3-5k above S trim, so this HSE should be worth considerably more. An X-Dynamic SE in Belgium (similar trim tier, 2021, 79k km) is €57,500. A well-equipped 2021 SE with ACC/HUD/AHK in Erbach at 97k km is €59,930. There's one outlier below: an X-Dynamic HSE in Belgium at €44,900 but that has 162k km — nearly double the mileage. Against real comparable cars, you're looking at roughly €3,000-6,000 upside.

D300 (221kW) inline-6 diesel MHEV, 110 body, HSE trim — that's the top non-V8 spec. HSE means full leather, larger touchscreen, upgraded audio, air suspension likely, premium lighting. 89k km is reasonable for 2021. 5-star dealer rating is reassuring.

This is wild. At €45,950 for a P400 (294kW petrol straight-six) 110 with S Black Design Pack, the price gap to comparables is enormous. The nearest P400 comp is the 2020 X-Dynamic HSE 7-seat in Veldhoven at €79,920 with 121k km — that car has 21k fewer miles and a higher trim, but it's still €34,000 more. The 2020 X-Dynamic S in Diepenheim at €84,750 with 84k km is nearly double the price. Even accounting for 142k km being high, you cannot explain a €34-39k gap with mileage alone. The P400 is the desirable petrol engine and this car has the Black Design Pack which adds visual appeal.

At €44,900 this D300 X-Dynamic HSE 110 is significantly cheaper than comparables, but the 162k km mileage is the elephant in the room. The closest same-trim comp is the 2022 X-Dynamic HSE in Asperg at €61,500 with 93k km — that's €16,600 less but also 69k more miles. The 2021 HSE (non X-Dynamic) in Oranienburg is €53,550 with 89k km — adjusting for mileage difference (~73k km more on ours) and the slight trim upgrade, a €8,650 gap starts to look more like fair depreciation than a steal. Still, even the 2021 D300 S in München — a *lower* trim — is €56,850 with only 52k km. The X-Dynamic SE in Wierde at €57,500 with 79k km is also a tier below on trim. So there IS margin here, probably €5-8k after accounting for the high mileage.

At €74,990 this is the cheapest V8 Defender in the comparable set. The next 110 V8 is the 2023 in Torino at €79,900 with 65k km — €4,910 more with 15k fewer km. The Carpathian Edition 110 in Erbach is €79,930 with 59k km. The loaded V8 in Dormagen (2023, 62k km) is €82,980 — €8k more. The 90-body V8s are at €76k (55k km, Genova) and €79k (39k km, Milano). So this 110 is priced at 90-body money despite the 110 typically commanding a premium. The mileage (80k) is the highest in the set, which explains some of the discount, but there's still roughly €5k of room vs the Torino and Erbach cars.
